the Montana Origins Research Effort

Dear friends in Jesus’ name,

Today  I would like to feature the Montana Origins Research Effort, an organization of good Christian thinkers led by Michael Oard, based in Bozeman, Montana. Oard is a brilliant, brilliant scientist whose work on quartz dikes and ice ages is without compare. Oard is a leader among scientists, and an angel among men.  I am wondering if these good Christians are associated with the Montana State University Truth Group who I profiled before on this blog.  Either way, Bozeman has it going on. They even have a good Bible college. We should look to Bozeman’s true Christian organizations as a solid refutation to the heathen work of the Museum of the Rockies. I mean, the Museum of the Rockies actually has soft dinosaur tissue that has been preserved for supposedly billions and millions of years.  Blood vessels can’t last that long! That material proves that the remains of that dinosaur are thousands, not millions of years old.

Let us look at the webpage quickly for Montana Origins Research Effort:

“MORE is a group of individuals, both scientists and laymen, that have come together to learn about scientific support for six-day creation and the global flood of Noah’s day.  ”

This shows that they are true scientific soldiers in the army of God. I applaud them for their efforts, and we should turn to them, as well as to Answers in Genesis and ICR, for guidance.

1. The Bible is the written Word of God, and because it is inspired throughout, all its assertions are historically and scientifically true in the original autographs. To the student of nature this means that the account of origins in Genesis is a factual presentation of simple historical truths.

2. All basic types of living things, including man, were made by direct creative acts of God during the Creation Week described in Genesis. Whatever biological changes have occurred since Creation Week have accomplished only changes within the original created kinds.

3. The great flood described in Genesis, commonly referred to as the Noachian Flood, was an historic event worldwide in its extent and effect.

4. We are an organization of Christian men and women who accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. The account of the special creation of Adam and Eve as one man and one woman and their subsequent fall into sin is the basis for our belief in the necessity of a Savior for all mankind. Therefore, salvation can come only through accepting Jesus Christ as our Savior.”

This is a perfect demonstration of good Christian faith, and we should all subscribe to it.  We should look to the people of MORE as leaders. This is a short, concise version of a great Christian statement of faith, similar in shape to that of ICR and Answers in Genesis, but far more streamlined in form. We should look to them as guides.

So let us applaud the work of MORE.  If I’m marching into the playoffs against the evolutionists, I want Michael Oard and the Montana Origins Research Effort on my side.

Yours in Christ,

Jim

PS. Some people don’t get the playoffs reference. I realize we have many international readers across the globe following our True Christian mission, so I will clarify it. Is it just me or does the Godly Michael Oard sound almost exactly like Jim Mora, American Football Coach? A great intellectual mind sounds almost exactly like a great intellectual coach. Coincidence? I think not. This may be similar to what the voice of God Himself sounds like.

Sigh I’m not sure where to go with this because i am tired of explaining it.

You reject science but accept a scientist when he agrees with you. That is not science. Simply being a scientist does not make everything you say scientific or correct. Science is peer based research based on repeatable and verifiable truth, backed up by multitudes of peers.
You accept this single mans evidence for creation as science but reject the scientific community as a whole.

Let me give you and example. Albert Einstein with his famous equation e = mc2 was not right simply because he wrote it down and published it. No in fact at the time his equation was a near contradiction to current models of the universe which viewed matter and energy as separate. Albert Einstein submitted his equation for peer review. Hundreds of scientists around the world tested it and the math on which it was based in a process which took years. the equation was found correct however. This is the scientific process. A single man spouting pseudo science is not science.

Here a friend of mine has a better explanation

view it and refute it if you must.

There are ways to preserve things that long, ever heard of freezing?

  3. weerd0 says:

“There is no ice in the rocks that causes freezing, so your point is very flawed.”

So is your grammar. but you are right their is no ice in rocks which causes freezing. the phenomenon is attributable to a loss of ambient heat and or energy which in turn slows the molecular movement of an object causing its state to change. Thus freezing. their are samples of frozen mammoth which have remained frozen in the arctic which still contain viable DNA, now if i remember correctly the scientists for the dinosaur blood vessel discovery did not actually discover any viable tissue, the discovery was a bone so perfectly preserved that the mineralization process had worked down to the cellular level which in turn fossilized the cellular structure of the dinosaur. If you don’t understand this please look up the fossilization method i don’t feel like explaining it.
